Personal Training Sessions

UpGrade Trainers offer a variety of Personal Training Options.  Training sessions typically include a mix of strength, cardio, balance & flexibility. Options for personal training sessions include:

  • Swim (in pool for technique and on land with the swim strength ergometer)
  • CompuTrainer (indoor cycling) – working on speed, stamina and pedal stroke efficiency
  • Running (form analysis and speed)
  • Strength, core, flexibility, balance, speed & agility

Sessions vary in length (45-90 minutes) with training fees between $60 and $120.

Cancellation Procedure
If the client fails to make the appointment time, the client is still responsible for the coaching fee, unless 24 hour notice was given to reschedule the session.
