Coaches & Personal Trainers

UpGrade Lifestyle’s team of professionals is comprised of a wellness director, registered dietitian, personal fitness trainers and multi-sport coaches.  The staff takes pride in creating healthy, balanced lifestyle programs and providing a high level of quality coaching in strength training, swimming, cycling and running.

UpGrade clients are trained to succeed in weight loss, reduce cholesterol, lower high blood pressure, improve blood sugar levels, reduce body fat, enhance cardiovascular health, and elevate metabolisms. Clients of all ages have achieved their first 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, sprint to Iron distance triathlons.  Teenage runners and swimmers have improved technique, speed and overall strength to be recruited by the top colleges in the country.

UpGrade Lifestyle Plans have made a tremendous impact on the lives of many in our community.  Monthly Plans are custom designed fitness training along with personal training sessions, physical assessments and nutrition guidelines approved by UpGrade Lifestyle Registered Dietitian, Megan Hovis. Designed for those who are seeking guidance with a custom-designed training schedule while training for and participating in specific events to maximize athletic performance.

 

Designed by our Registered Dietitian to help achieve and maintain a healthy weight, reduce cholesterol, lower high blood pressure, improve blood sugar levels, reduce body fat, enhance cardiovascular health, and elevate metabolisms.
Sessions include strength, core, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular fitness for optimal results. Sessions may be customized to sport specific training: swim, bike, run.

 

All levels will improve running form, speed, stamina, core strength & cardiovascular health.

 

Geared towards improving overall fitness levels & swim segment times in triathlons.
