Monthly Training Plans are designed for those who are seeking guidance with a custom-designed training schedule while training for and participating in specific events to maximize athletic performance. Listed below are options in training packages.

  • Duathlon

  • Sprint & Olympic Distance Triathlons

Upon completion of your consultation and paperwork, you will receive:

  1. A custom-designed, highly detailed training plan that fits into your weekly schedule.

  2. Continued motivation throughout your program to keep you on track.
