Indoor Cycling Classes
Computrainer Spring classes will improve lactate threshold and increase VO2 max by specific heart rate training along with speed, power & stamina intervals; work on pedal stroke efficiency to positively impact your run during race season!
Spring 2018 Series: (April 2 – June 30) Class time is 65 minutes.

$325 for 13 sessions (65 minute sessions)
$30 per session
If the client fails to make the appointment time, the client is still responsible for the coaching fee, unless 24 hour notice was given to reschedule the session.
