Indoor Cycling Classes

Computrainer Spring classes will focus on improving lactate threshold and increase VO2 max by specific heart rate training along with shorter speed, power & stamina intervals; work on pedal stroke efficiency to positively impact both your bike and run during race season! Class time is 65 minutes.

$325 for 13 sessions (65 minute sessions)
$30 per session for drop-in

Cancellation Procedure
If the client fails to make the appointment time, the client is still responsible for the coaching fee, unless 24 hour notice was given to reschedule the session.
