UpGrade Lifestyle’s team of professionals is comprised of a wellness director, registered dietitian, personal fitness trainers and multi-sport coaches. The staff takes pride in creating healthy, balanced lifestyle programs and providing a high level of quality coaching in strength training, swimming, cycling, and running.
UpGrade clients are trained to succeed in weight loss, reduce cholesterol, lower high blood pressure, improve blood sugar levels, reduce body fat, enhance cardiovascular health, and elevate metabolisms. Clients of all ages have achieved their first 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon, sprint to Iron distance triathlons. Teenage runners and swimmers have improved technique, speed and overall strength to be recruited by the top colleges in the country.
UpGrade Lifestyle Plans have made a tremendous impact on the lives of many in our community. Monthly Plans are custom designed fitness training along with personal training sessions, physical assessments and nutrition guidelines approved by UpGrade Lifestyle Registered Dietitian, Megan Hovis. Upgrade Lifestyle’s team of trainers offer a high level of experience and are dedicated to the success of each individual client. My weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol are down. At our company’s annual health assessment, I had the best numbers that I’ve ever had!
